Need help using Spotflick? Having problems scoring Penalties? You’re not Chris Waddle are you? Roberto Baggio? John Terry? No? Well, all you have to do is flick the ball into the net past the array of legendary goalkeepers Spotflick has put together to test your penalty taking skills. It’s that simple. Score 5 and you win. If the goalie saves 5 then it's an early bath!

We are aware that some people are experiencing problems with Spotflick on their iPhone or iPod Touch. I am extremely sorry for this. The game has been thoroughly tested on all devices and we are able to re-create any of the problems that other people seem to be experiencing. But we are still trying to identify the reason for the crashing and we hope to be able to find a solution to the problem so everyone can experience the real Spotflick without any of the crashing issues.

Spotflick is quite a big App, as it is crammed with so many goalkeeping greats, so we think some of the issues people are experincing are related to memory problems.

There are few things that you can try that might help:

Try Un-Installing and Re-Installing Spotflick on your device.
Close Safari, as it can be using memory even though you are not using it.
Close any other Apps you might be using. Including iTunes or Spotify if you are listening to any music.
To ensure that your App is definitley closed down, with your App open, hold down the Home button on your device for 5 seconds until the screen goes black. This should close the App and free up some memory
Delete any unwanted Apps on your device to free up more memory
